Condolence: As a young girl I looked Up to Hilda. I viewed her as a very experienced Horsewoman and sophisticated. She was very kind to me and would ride out to the farm and we would ride together.
I loved those times.
My father(Cecil Emery) and Chubb were good friends even though they disagreed about religion and politics, they shared a love of farming.
