Fort Fairfield – Jerry A. Boulier, 71, passed away Sunday evening, December 5, 2021 at a Presque Isle healthcare facility. He was born June 3, 1950 in Fort Fairfield, the son of Eugene J. and Lola P. (Clark) Boulier.

Jerry was a graduate of the Fort Fairfield High School, Class of 1968 and went on to serve his country, dedicating twenty years of service to the United States Air Force as a communications technician, earning the rank of Tech Sergeant. His Air Force career took Jerry to several locations, including, Clark AFB, Philippines, Germany, California and New York. Jerry was a dedicated Boston sports fan and was especially fond of the Celtics. He loved to tinker around the house and could fix most anything. Jerry also followed NASCAR and his all time favorite driver was the late Dale Earnhardt Sr. and was most recently a supporter of Tony Stewart. Jerry’s deepest love was for his grandchildren, and always stayed as involved as possible with their activities and accomplishments.

Jerry was predeceased by his parents and is survived by two sons, “Little Jerry” Jerry E. Boulier of West Palm Beach, FL, Jacques A. Boulier of Hermon; three brothers, Keith Boulier and his wife Cheryl of Presque Isle, Wayne Boulier and Paul Boulier and his wife Judy, all of Fort Fairfield; three sisters, Elaine Hanscomb and Carol Kinney, both of Presque Isle, Janet Sawyer of Easton; three grandchildren, Isiah Boulier of West Palm Beach, FL, Jasmine and Mason Boulier, both of Hermon; several nieces and nephews.

Friends may call Saturday December 11, 2021 from 12:00 noon to 1:00 p.m. at the Giberson-Dorsey Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 144 Main Street, Fort Fairfield, where the funeral service will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. with the Rev. Gaylen Doody officiating. Spring interment will take place at the Northern Maine Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Caribou. Those who wish may contribute in memory of Mr. Boulier to the Central Aroostook Humane Society, 24 Cross Street, Presque Isle, Maine 04769. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
