Condolences

Condolence From: Mary Ellen Briehn
Condolence: My Dear Rose, Paula & David, was sorry to hear of your mom's death, but oh, what a life!!! She was as genuine as they come and always had something going. Her smile, that laugh and her sweet, sweet spirit....an unforgettable lady. Donnie and I enjoyed what little time we had with your mom and dad. Nothing like young love and the joy of watching their little place become home. You know they were pretty much in Aunt Frankie & Uncle Jimmie's backyard. So much fun.... They married in February; we married in November (I wore your mom's wedding dress). The first time they came to our apartment, I literally ruined dinner. I used a pressure cooker that was a gift from Aunt Frankie & Uncle Jimmie (she swore by them). The roast was beyond burnt. IT WAS A PILE OF BLACK ASHES. Needless to say, that was my first and last experience with the pressure cooker. Embarrassing, you bet but we laughed until we hurt. Good times and unforgettable memories. Donnie and I share your sorrow and join you in bidding your mother a fond, Christian farewell. You three were her most cherished blessing. Please take care of yourselves and each other. I pray all is well and you have good health and much happiness. You'll always have a special place in my heart. My love and prayers +++ God Bless, Aunt Mary Ellen & Uncle Donnie

Condolence From: Carroll & Gwen Michaud
Condolence: Rose, Paula & David:

Your aunt Gwen and I send our love and our sincerest condolences upon the passing of your much beloved mother and our sister-in-law. We hold dear fond memories of your mom and dad when they visited us here in Louisiana. I also remember the love your mother had for maintaining and fixing up that 150 year old house that she proudly made into a warm comfortable home in which to raise you three kids.

Your Mom was a loving caring bundle of energy that was always quick to help others in need and in volunteering her services to support the work of the church. Your Mom has certainly earned her angle wings and her heavenly crown. You can rest in the assurance that she is enjoying her much deserved heavenly rest. Remember, the Lord comforts those who mourn. Stay strong and hold dear fond memories of your Mom & Dad. Love from your Aunt Gwen and Uncle Carroll. Shreveport, Louisiana
