Dear Archie and Patty, I just want you to know that I am really sorry to hear about the passing of Lee; he was a wonderful man and was cherished by everyone who knew him. May he rest in peace.
How sorry we are to see a man's life this young being taken. Archie Jr was my nephew and Godson. I never got to really know Archie seeing as we lived on different sides of the continent. I do however remember him as a young boy. I also remember a very memorable evening spent together in Seattle. My wife and I were on a trip to the West Coast and had stopped in Seattle for a couple of nights. I phoned Archie to say hello, but that wasn't enough for him. Shortly after hanging the phone up he showed up at our hotel and took us out on the town including dinner in the Seattle Space Needle. We thoroughly enjoyed the evening and now wish that we could have had more time together. It was pretty obvious that he loved his adopted city. Archie, you will be missed.
Archie Sr and Patty, please accept our deepest condolences on the passing of Archie Jr.
We are so sorry for your loss. Over the last few days, we have fondly remembered the times with Patty and Lee at Grandmother's house in the summer. They were fun times. It is hard to see Lee gone at such a young age. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
The news of Lee's sudden passing, left us in awe and sadness, We remember our sister Joyce, (Lee's Mom). How her eyes would tear up just talking about Lee, You can't help but believe that in God's Scheme, they are now together. And Patty remember a few little words from a very wise old woman (Meme Beaulieu) that use to say to us through hard times Take Courage
And Archie, be strong God is with you We will do this........
My memories of Lee are very close to my heart, he was the son of my beloved sister and Godmother. He had the sweetest smile. One could not help but fall in love with him. When our 3rd daughter was born on Sept.03,(sharing his b-day) I knew I wanted some "link" to Lee's name for her middle name, so chose Lynn for her middle name. I would send him a Christmas card every Christmas, and he would respond with one of few words, "Merry Christmas to you and family, Lee" but that was OK for me. This past Christmas he did not respond. Lee we pray that you may now rest in peace in your heavenly home...until we meet again.
