MILDRED V. “HON” WEBB

Fort Fairfield - Mildred V. “Hon” Webb, 90, passed away on Thursday morning, March 26, 2015 at a Presque Isle Nursing facility. She was born April 29, 1924 in Limestone, the daughter of Preston and Elva (Donovan) Kenneson, and was married to Stacey Webb February 29, 1943.

They had six children: Patricia Webb, George Webb, Robert Webb, Linda Gray, Susan Good and Dawn Webb. She devoted her life bringing up her children as a single parent. She loved them dearly. Mildred lived a very private life, but her home was always open to her family and friends. Mildred is survived by three sisters: Gloria McLaughlin, Lillian Glew and Tiny Flannery. Grandchildren: Stacey and Terry Webb, Jason, Tina and Lynette Gray, and Stephanie Good and Kristi Leadbetter. Six Great Grandchildren: Robert, Dawn, Cole, Rylie, Paul, Kayla and Dana. One Great- Great Grandchild: Sophia; several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Mildred was predeceased by two daughters, Patricia and Dawn Webb. Sisters, Vera McCrea , Mabel Tuck, Doris Glew, Barbara Jean Sirois, Brothers, Gerald and George Kenneson.

The family would like to extend special thanks to those who cared for Mildred during her stay at the Presque Isle Nursing Home.

In keeping with Mrs. Webb’s wishes the funeral service will be held at Giberson-Dorsey Funeral Home for immediate family. Spring interment will take place at Riverside Cemetery, Fort Fairfield.
