My condolences to Als family. The Trucking industry has lost another legend known as Honky Tonk up and down the east coast. I have many years of fond memories trucking with Honky Tonk as a young child riding in the jump seat with my father as we ran along together... and many years as a driver myself. Honky Tonk always had a smile on his face and it sure was nice to run into him on the road, as he was sure to put smile on my face :) ROLL ON HONKY TONK ROLL ON. Your friend Slingshot
You and your family are in our thoughts and prayers! John and Seth have so many wonderful memories of their time spent with Albert while trucking! These are the memories that are making them smile and laugh in this time of hurt!
Honky Tonk I'm going to miss you Old Friend. I enjoyed your music and your stories. We have had a lot of great times together and I am sure going to miss those catching up and reminiscing days that we had at least once a month. Won't forget the song you wrote for the Sport's Inn not oh so long ago. Farewell Party will not be the same without you singing it..I have such great respect for you and your talents. Till we meet again on the other side. Sing to Mom and Jon for me...10-4 Come On!!!
White lightening will never be the same again. Will miss you Uncle Al, thanks for all the great memories you have left us with. Love you. Till we all meet again!
