Fort Fairfield – Eugene P. Morrow, 76, husband of the late Lois M. (Pelkey) Morrow, passed away Friday morning, May 14, 2021 at a Houlton nursing facility, following an extended illness. He was born November 8, 1944 in Bath, the son of Archie P. and Ellen L. (Day) Morrow.

In addition to his parents, Eugene was predeceased by his wife Lois on July 18, 2013; one grandson, Thomas O. Somers on December 31, 2010; two brothers, Robert A. and Roland M. “Pokie” Morrow.

He is survived by three daughters, Sheila Casper of Oswego, NY, Michelle Stephens and her husband Darcy of Hannibal, NY, Sherry Somers of Fort Fairfield; one stepson, Philip Morrow of Fort Fairfield; one stepdaughter, Carla Sutherland and her husband David of Fort Fairfield; four grandchildren, Kiley and Tyler Casper, Rachele and Alexis Stephens, all of New York State; several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

In keeping with Eugene’s wishes, there will be no services. Those who wish may contribute in memory of Mr. Morrow to the Central Aroostook Humane Society, 24 Cross Street, Presque Isle, Maine 04769.
