Fort Fairfield – Steven R. Milliard, 59, passed away unexpectedly Monday morning, January 17, 2022 at Presque Isle healthcare facility. He was born June 14, 1962 in Fort Fairfield, the son of Reginald N. and Rita (Brooker) Milliard.

He was a member of the Fort Fairfield High School Class of 1981 and had been employed by Interstate Foods, Fort Fairfield, Asplundh Tree Service, Helstrom Farms, Fort Fairfield, and Kerby Doughty Carpentry, Fort Fairfield. Steven was a member of the Fort Fairfield Fish and Game Club. He dearly loved his family and pets “Classy Dog” and Miss Kitty”.

Steven was predeceased by his father Reginald N. Milliard; and his stepfather, Harold Morgan.

He is survived by his mother, Rita M. Morgan and her companion Charles Tucker of Ashland; one daughter, Heather Lynn Lovely of Florida; three sisters, Debbie Jandreau and her companion Randy Pelham of Washburn, Liesha Milliard and her companion Charles Tucker II of Fort Fairfield, Sheri Gamblin and her husband Glen of Carlingford, New Brunswick. He also leaves behind the love of his life, Nanette Cyr of Caribou; three nephews, Kristopher Jandreau of Morgantown, WV, Timothy Churchill of Rockland, Dustin Gamblin of Fredericton, New Brunswick; one niece, Megan Gamblin of Plaster Rock, New Brunswick; three grandchildren; one great grandchild; and friends too numerous to list.

Friends may call Saturday, January 22, 2022 from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. at the Giberson-Dorsey Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 144 Main Street, Fort Fairfield. A graveside service will be conducted later in the spring at the St. Denis Catholic Cemetery, Fort Fairfield.
