OCALA, FLA. - Pat MacNaughton age 90 of Ocala, FL., formally from Fort Fairfield, ME. went to be with the Lord February 16, 2019 at Brandley House Hospice in Summerfield, FL. Pat was born in Fort Fairfield, ME on March 17, 1928 to the late John and Anna Lajoie Cormier.

She was educated in the Fort Fairfield school system. She was married April 21, 1947 to the late Gilbert 'Bud' MacNaughton for 61 years. Pat was very involved with Girl Scouts, The Daughters of Isabella Santa Maria Circle #427, the Hospital Guild and loved to decorate and entertain for any and all holidays. She was known for her love of working with ceramics as a hobby as well as an avid card player.

She was preceded in death by her daughter Diane MacNaughton McCleary, her brother Richard 'Dick' Cormier and sister-in-law Della Cyr Cormier, brother-in-law William ' Bill' Michaud, daughter-in-law Diane Blanchard MacNaughton, and former daughter-in-law Joanne McCrum. She is survived by her son Richard MacNaughton and Marianne Donner of Ocala, FL, Ann MacNaughton Baker and husband Mark of St. Petersburg, FL, six grandchildren, Issac, Amanda, and Jacob McCleary of West Virginia, Ryan MacNaughton of Florida, Justin Baker of New York, Matthew Baker of Washington state and step grandchildren Jennifer Gray Hassenchal and Bradley Gray of Maine along with ten great grandchildren.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday, June 19, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at the Parish of the Precious Blood, St. Denis Catholic Church, 147 Main Street Fort Fairfield. Interment will follow at the St. Denis Catholic Cemetery, Fort Fairfield. A time of continued fellowship with refreshments will be held at the Knights of Columbus Hall Council Number 1753, 260 Main Street, Fort Fairfield, immediately following the interment. In lieu of flowers please make donations in memory of Pat to the charity of your own choice. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Giberson-Dorsey Funeral Home, 144 Main Street, Fort Fairfield.
