Condolence: To the family: May God give you strength & peace at this time. Jim was an awesome person. I remember back in my younger days when I lived in PI I had ask Jim for a red velvet cake! He was always bragging about his grandma's recipe. Well! He made me that cake and it was unbelievable! He was an awesome cook, friend, and would do anything for anybody. I'm sure sorry we lost touch with one another. I know he must of blessed many other people with his cooking and his specialty Red Velvet Cake! I know he will truly be missed! RIP Jim and we shall meet again one day!
