Condolences

Condolence From: Tim Foster
Condolence: To all who knew Uncle Dan, especially to Aunt Joan and Dan's children and grandchildren: I was very saddened to learn of Dan's passing. He has played a MAJOR role in my life and in the lives of my sisters, cousins and other relatives. My father, Bill Foster, absolutely enjoyed spending time with Uncle Dan, Aunt Joan and the kids. Right now I just want to say how much I loved Uncle Dan and how much I will miss him. And I want you to know that as soon as I heard he was gone from this world, I burned a stick of incense and said a prayer for him and his family. I am very grateful and feel blessed that I got to spend time with him last year in Maine. I have too many fond memories to list here of times spent with the Turner family, like: Dan's radio and tower, snowmobiling on glacial fields, the red and green tractors, the pickles, peas and potatoes, the cold springs, the minnow traps and trout and our wonderful trip together to Eagle Lake, to mention a few. I hope everyone is doing well during this difficult transition. May God bless Dan and his family and all who knew him!

Condolence: We send our love and prayers to Dan's family at this time. We have such happy memories of Dan's love of his family. His speeches at birthday and graduation parties were always a highlight of the event. He would make us laugh in one sentence and cry in another and always in a very entertaining delivery. He will be missed by many.

Condolence: Dan was a loving, sincere man of God who lived to be more like Christ, to have the mind of Christ. He loved and encouraged every person he met and gave each the respect he or she deserved. He was an inspiration to me for his unfaltering faith and belief in the power of prayer. He left a legacy of unconditional love and indomitable courage. My deepest sympathy to his wife Joan, their children, grandchildren, and other family members. May your treasured memories and the strength of Christ sustain and comfort you at this time.
